We are a small team, so we answer in a day or two rather than in a minute — but we do answer, and the reply comes from a person rather than a ticket number.

A wrong answer, or an explanation that does not add up
Every question here was written by us, so every error in it is ours to fix. Tell us the exam, the subject and roughly what the question asked — we will check it against the syllabus and correct it for everyone.

If a sign-in code has not reached you, check your spam folder first — then write to us from the same address you tried to sign in with, so we can look it up.

Access for a class, a school or a study centre
If you teach, run a centre, or are buying for more than one candidate, write to us and say roughly how many. We will tell you honestly whether what you need exists yet.

Three things we are asked most, answered here.
- My sign-in code has not arrived.
- Check the spam or promotions folder — the first mail from a new sender often lands there. The code lasts an hour, and you can ask for another after sixty seconds. If two attempts produce nothing, write to us from that address.
- Are you WAEC, NECO or JAMB?
- No, and we do not claim to be. We are an independent practice platform. Nothing here is an official paper and no result from this site is a real result — the point is to have sat one before you sit the real one.
- Do I have to pay to write a paper?
- No. Writing a paper and seeing your score costs nothing and does not expire. There is no card to enter to start.
Still stuck? Read how the platform works — most of the rest is explained there.
