Questions people ask us

Will it charge me again automatically?
No. Nothing renews by itself. When a plan finishes, it just stops. You decide if you want to buy again.
Is the single unlock for one paper or for everything?
One paper — the one you just wrote. It stays open forever. If you buy it more than a few times, a pass works out cheaper for you and we would rather tell you that than take the extra.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Card, bank transfer and USSD all work. Payment is handled by Paystack, a Nigerian company licensed by the CBN.
What if I am under 18?
Everything free works the same for you. To pay, ask whoever buys your data to pay for you. We also run no adverts and no tracking at all on accounts under 18.
Must I pay to see if I passed?
Never. Your score and grade show the moment you submit, whether you have ever paid us or not.
What if the questions are wrong?
Tell us and we will fix it. Every question shows where it came from, and where we are not sure of something, we say so instead of guessing.
