Each entry identifies the exam, paper, type of fault, and whether candidates or our own review caught it. The question itself stays out of the log so this cannot become a back door into the content bank.
Nothing has been corrected yet. That is not a claim to be perfect — it means nobody has reported an item we then had to change. If you find one, the link under any question on your result page is how to tell us.
